Page S. Gardner

FOUNDER

A rare combination of visionary thinker, social entrepreneur, data-driven manager and seasoned campaign and communications consultant, Page S. Gardner is regarded as one of the nation’s leading political strategists. She founded and manages PSG Consulting to offer strategic services to nonprofits, advocacy organizations, campaigns and other private sector clients.

An expert on the voting patterns of female voters and a pioneer in recognizing the “marriage gap” between single and married women, Gardner founded two organizations, the Voter Participation Center and the Center for Voter Information, with proven records of motivating and mobilizing not only single women, but also other historically underrepresented Americans whose record participation decided the 2008, 2012 and 2020 presidential elections.

In recognition of her accomplishments using “evidence-based policy” to promote “voter registration and turnout,” Gardner received an award in 2020 from the American Political Science Association. Now she is bringing her strategic skills to a wide range of clients through PSG Consulting, developing innovative approaches to electoral politics, advocacy campaigns and communications efforts.

Throughout her career, Gardner has demonstrated her capacity to identify transformative sociopolitical trends and translate strategic plans into organizational realities. Gardner has more than 20 years’ experience working at senior levels for the most competitive presidential, senatorial, gubernatorial, and congressional campaigns across the country. In addition, she has managed some of the most hotly debated public policy debates and campaigns, including reproductive rights, civil rights, national budget priorities, technology, trade and educational attainment for girls.

The team at PSG Consulting offers a variety of services built on Page’s career as a leader, innovator and strategist.

Page is known as an innovator, having discovered a demographic that was unrecognized and that changed the nature of how strategists and tacticians think about women voters. She, after rigorous research, determined that marital status was a key factor in whether one was registered, voted, and how one voted.
